I got accepted into UCLA for environmental science and unfortunately I got a C+ in my physics class last quarter and I had to clarify that on my UCLA portal. My contract said to update them if I got a C in any of my classes that counted towards my major. What are the chances that this class will end up getting me rescinded?
I am not as familiar with UCLA’s provisional admission requirements for Transfers vs. Freshman, but it sounds similar in regards to reporting any C grades. For Freshman, they are required to report 2 or more C grades in their Senior year however, this is not grounds for rescinding the acceptance. Unless your contract specifically states you have to receive a B or higher in the remaining courses, I believe you are fine. Just report the C grade and get confirmation from UCLA your acceptance stands.
