So here is the thing, I was an international exchange student last year, and for personal reasons I left my first American high school before the end of the first semester and get enrolled in a new high school at the beginning of their second trimester. I got grades from the first school for the first and second marking period, all of them are As except for one B+. But now when I requested my transcript from the first high school the transcript indicated that I got a D- in one of the courses I took-- well that makes sense cuz I was not there for the third marking period there. So I contacted the admission officer at UCSD and they said the only thing they will look into through validation is the "official transcript", so I guess I am totally screwed. I don't know if I will be rescinded for the D-, and when will they tell you the result of this validation.
The staff at the first high school had already written an email to UCSD explaining that I should not get a transcript from them at all since I withdrew before the end of the first semester, but UCSD said that they are still awaiting my transcript from the school no matter it has grades.
Should I send them the transcript with the D-? Will I get rescinded???
Sorry maybe I did not make this clear but oh well I am a foreigner. But pls this is really important to me.... cheers!

1) Send a final transcript from the first school. Have the GC attach an explanatory note about the D.

2) Send a final transcript from the second school that you transferred to, and attach an explanatory note about the class that you took.

Right, thx for the help! :)

Still I got rescinded though
