Will I Get Rescinded?!

My high school is on a term system (1 grade for the whole year for each course) as all my courses in high school were full year courses. However, two of my courses senior year were HALF YEAR courses, so they ran (ie. Class A: 1st Semester 1st Period; Class B: 2nd Semester 1st Period) like so.

On the UC app, there was only ONE space for each period for the whole year so I couldn't actually split the year into two semester because grades at my school (with the exception of those two courses) are for the entire year.

So I just listed the HALF YEAR courses with my other FULL YEAR courses as if they were ALL FULL YEAR courses.

Could I potentially get rescinded once they see my official transcript and see that I noted the HALF YEAR courses the same as I did for FULL YEAR courses on my self-reported transcript? I called the admission office about it and they said they'll call if they have questions when they get my final transcript. So what is that supposed to mean...

I didn't try to lie or anything it was just that the system would not allow me to input my schedule correctly based on my the scheduling of my high school.

No.

(10 char)

thepalmtree, to the best of my knowlege you are FINE.
(But get at least a C in the half-year course, and a B average, per UCs’ “terms of admission.”)

yea, I just don’t want them to think I purposely lied on my application; so you wouldn’t suggest for me to do anything since i already called them right?

Be sure to add a note explaining just as you did here and mention the phone conversation if you feel you need to. Get good grades, and really- I can not imagine a problem if it is as you explained.

wait do you mean a note with my transcript? im so worried haha

they don’t care as much as u think they do. as long as u don’t write u got an A and really got a C in english then ur good. regardless, contact them and tell them whats happening

ah lol im really paranoid about this since this isn’t really easy to explain through the phone

thanks though
