will i get rescinded?

<p>my schedule for this semester was
1. military history (W) B
2. PE 4 A
3. AP Bio (W) B
4. English Lit (W) B
5. AP Chem (W) D
6. Latin 3 (W) B
7. Calc3 + applied linear algebra (W) C</p>

<p>my school uses weighted so i would get 3.4
my overall high school excluding this semester is 4.05
i mean 3.4 is not a good gpa but considering my schedule
shouldn't it be fine? actually one thing that is reallly bugging me
is the D in ap chem.. but the teacher is so hard that she gives many C's
any advice would be helpful ! thank you! </p>

<p>p.s. - i'm graduating on this wednesday and ill be attending univ of illlinois
for mechanical engineering program (if i dont get rescinded)</p>

<p>I highly doubt you will be rescinded.</p>

<p>You should check with your counselor. Colleges aren’t slow to rescind the acceptance of someone who’s gotten a D in the final semester, but your high school-calculated GPA is still strong…</p>

<p>Contact the college. If you’re fortunate they may just put you on academic probation.</p>

<p>A “D” is not good and you may receive a request to explain it. Whether it can lead to rescission is determined on a case by case basis.</p>
