Im a transfer student to UCLA for this fall. I have sent in my fall and spring transcripts on time. But a few months ago I decided to take a random non-transferable class for the summer. I called UCLA a few months ago and asked if i needed to properly inform them of my intent to take this class and they said because its non-transferable that i didnt need to. Now that this class is over should I send in the summer transcript? I have yet to order it from my CC (takes 3-5 days) but the summer transcripts r due at UCLA in 2 days!! Will i get rescinded? HELP!!

Why don’t you call them yourself and find out?

In any case, my guess is that you don’t need to do anything seeing as its a non transferable class (the UC system doesn’t care for them) and you took it during the summer (failing a class not part of your agreement with UCLA means nothing I would assume.)

i highly doubt you’ll be rescinded for something as minuscule as that, but it never hurts to hear from them.

so far i’ve noticed UCLA isn’t that serious with certain deadlines. i turned in my transcripts and AP scores almost a month after each deadline, and i was fine. but i wouldn’t take a chance if i were you.
