Think you have a decent chance for UCR but UCI is pretty competitive so that one may not be as likely

I think the UCs consider location, and since you’re coming from IVC (Irvine Valley?) that should help a lot, especially if that CC is specifically for UCI.
Cal States consider in-service area location when admitting transfer applicants, UC’s do not.
