Will I have a hard time on transferring to another college with a "D+" in my transcripts?

Lets say I am about to graduate from a community college with a GPA of 3.2 but on my on my first year of college I got a “WU” in my math 23 class, which means unofficial withdraw and later took that same class again and got a “D+.” Because “D+” counts as a passing grade, my advisor told me that the “WU” grade which I got before will still remain in my transcript because I got a grade lover than a “C” but that i should not retake the class a third time because that is not going to help me at all and it will just push me back one semester. I was wondering If I have a GPA of 3.2 and I few good teacher recommendations, as well as being consider an highly active member in my college, which I heard will look really good in my transcript, but in the end I still have a “WU” and “F” in the same class. So will my overall good academy stander overshadow that terrible grade, which I got on the math class, when transferring.

One class won’t effect you. If you ended up with a 3.2 you much of got great grades in your other classes. They care more about your overall GPA
