I'm applying to 8 or 9 universities and each one needs about 3 essay, but they are all different so I can't just write a few and reuse them.. Does this mean that I will have to write 30 essays?

Also, most of them want reccomendations, and it seems that they want them written on their own applications, but I can't possibly ask my teachers to write that many recs. Can I have them write the recs on a different sheet and photocopy it?

Just wondered if anyone who applied before had some advice.
Thanks

The online common app has made it easy to apply to a large number of schools. Most schools want to have a good yield and grant acceptance to those students most likely to attend. A list of supplementary questions and additional essays is becoming more common. My D ended up writing about 3 full essays and was able to modify them for specific schools.

Check with you GC about how to handle the recs.

yes u can write abt 2-3 essay and modify it accordingly....

For Recommendations all schools accept the seperate one on a sheet of paper attched to their form. But do fill in the 1st page where there are details to be filled by u
