Will I not be able to apply ED?

Well I took the ACT today just to see where I'm at. I'll probably get an "ok" score but I will definitely retake the ACT in September. I haven't taken the SAT Subject tests yet. I will take those Oct. 5.

I read on the Cornell website that ED applications are due Nov. 1 but reviewing starts Oct. 1.

So basically, will my OCT. SAT subject tests and SEPT. ACT tests be sent in time and be considered for ED? Does applying earlier than the deadline (such as on the first day applications open) give you any sort of advantage?

Thanks!

Not sure about the ACT, but I took the October subject test last year and was accepted ED. Just make sure you do okay, because you’ll only get one shot and you may not be able to know your scores before you apply. Also, make sure you put Cornell down to send the scores to when you take the test!

Alright, thanks so much!

They even accept November scores, unless College Board has some negligence and it doesn’t arrive on time, this happened to me for the October test last year but it was all good in the end. SAT that is.
