<p>I was cleaning my room today and realized that I completely forgot to mail my id pictures and information to Yale. It's extremely late and schools starting very soon.</p>
<p>What's the worse that can happen? Will they possibly make me pay or a fine or is it possible that I won't have my id ready when school starts?</p>
<p>^ most likely you won’t have your ID as soon as you get there. Although, to be honest, I myself am not fully convinced that that is the case. They wanted us to send it by May 11th, which would mean that they need over 3 months to make IDs… which seems like an extremely long time. The worse that can happen is you’ll get it late, but I highly doubt you’ll have to pay any fines. I might even think you will get it in time, but that’s just a guess.</p>
<p>eh, it’s okay. i forgot about mine too. what you should do is on the first day or two (before the dining halls open) go to the ID center which is the basement of a building on church st. i’m not sure what the building is called but it also has the financial aid offices. they’ll take your picture and make your ID right there. and don’t worry, there will be a line of people waiting for their ID too.</p>
