Will I still be able to send my act scores in for Rutgers?

<p>I am planning to take the act again on December 13th. But the application is due December 1st. If I send my application in time and send them an email about my circumstances, will I still be able to apply there and send my act scores in? I've heard that as long as you send your application on time and you take the test within the month that it is due, they will accept it late. Please help me, thanks.</p>
