So I'm about to start my junior year & I'm excited/apprehensive about it. I had a scheduling conflict with college biology & AP Chem since they're both offered only one hour out of the day. Those 2 hours are also the only time physics is offered. Since I really want to take AP physics senior year, I decided to take online physics at a different time. I'm just wondering, would taking this physics online adversely effect me when colleges see my transcript? Or will they get over it if I address it or if my guidance counselor mentions the reason?

It’s probably fine.
