<p>Hi i just want to ask if i committed an offense/violation in nyc, how will it affect my chances of getting admitted into college. i received a pink ticket and paid a fine, and i asked the clerk if this will be on my record and she replied yes, so i just wanted to know how this will effect my admission into college. <p>just chillin in my car with my girlfriend, the cops thought we were sexually engage and i plead guilty because i didnt want to come back anymore and i never knew this was going onto my records.</p>
<p>I’m not familiar with the laws in NY but people have served time for that (I’m assuming she’s a minor). Why on earth would you plead guilty to something you didn’t do?</p>
<p>Well I plead guilty because the cops that issued the ticket said that it wasn’t anything big and that it was just a small fine. I asked them on the spot if it was going on our records and they said no, nobodys going to know about it besides us and the cops so that’s y I plead guilty, otherwise I woulda fought it.</p>
