Will my acceptance be revoked?????

Okay so I just recently asked this question but there have been some changes to the circumstances. I have been accepted to NC state as a transfer. My first semester at a community college I had a 3.4 GPA. This semester I am taking 18 credits and struggling with PREcal. I currently have a D in the class but I am pretty sure I will be able to bring it up to atleast a C (obviously I hope to get it to a :bz). On States transfer page, it says that courses with grades BELOW a C can not be used to fullfil admission requirements.

I currently have three As and two Bs in my other classes. If I get a C I will still have above a 3.0.

Do you think State will revoke my acceptance for one C?

No. Just don’t get a D.

Your acceptance probably will not be revoked, but NC State probably will not award you credit for that course. Even if they count the credits toward your total, they are unlikely to allow you to take a course for which it’s a prerequisite or apply it toward Gen Ed requirements. Check their policies, though, instead of asking anonymous, unaccountable strangers on the Internet. That’s always sound advice.

You will be fine.

If you get a C you should be OK based on what you wrote the policy is. Do everything you can to be sure you get that C-- meet with the professor, go to the math center if one is available, get a tutor if need be…
