SAT: 1620:'(
ACT: 24 :'(
SAT Subjects: Took Dec.1st (Pending)
GPA= 2.7-3.00 (It's complicated, depends on how the admissions look at my classes)

Pretty high risk right?
Well now my luck has turned from possibly good to terrible. All my grades dropped like rocks in 5 weeks. Here they are. (Btw, which do you think I'd get into?)

Art: D
Service: A
H Government: B
AP Bio: C
Statistics: D
Minorities Literature: C

I can't draw or even write neatly for that matter, so I'll have to see about either switching or getting more art lessons. A water accident ruined my papers for a final folder assignment, which dropped me from a borderline A (90.1%), to a sorta borderline C (78.3%). As for statistics, the teacher is a very hormonal and stone pregnant woman. I said some things about her on FB (she saw them somehow) and she's had it out for me since, the whole class really. My grade slipped quickly from a B to a D I was borderline (69.7%) and she refused to round it. I was actually borderline for Government too (89.5%) but my teacher wouldn't round it either :'( (Such terrible luck >.<)

Point is, can I make up Stats and Art somehow before I send the transcripts, or am I doomed to be rescinded from wherever I'd be accepted?

If you haven’t been accepted, there’s nothing to rescind. You might be rejected, though.

Do these schools require teacher and/or counselor evaluations? Those also may be problematic for you. You don’t sound like a student the teachers all love and want to help to succeed.

You may want to look for a safety school with open admissions, where a high school diploma gets you into the freshman class. Then you can start again and do better this time.

Unless you are hoping to study art, that grade probably wont harm you a whole lot. You should speak with your advisor about how grading is handled at your school and whether numerical grades are normally rounded before being converted to letter grades.

If you are accepted to schools based on your grades up to this term, there may be an issue. You need to buckle in, make nice with your teachers, and end the year on a high note. Most likely, your acceptances would not be rescinded based on one report card-but they may put you on probation until year end grades come in.

I just wanted to say that if you want to get anywhere in college, really, you’re going to need to change your attitude. A lot of what that second to last paragraph is excuses for your performance by blaming your teachers. I don’t know, maybe some of that might be justified. But three out of six grades aren’t your fault? Your teachers don’t give you your grades-- you earn them based on work, and that logic doesn’t go away in college.

And yes, if you don’t have at least one or two for-sure safeties, or aren’t in at the local CC, you might not be happy with your options.

None of those schools require counselor reports or mid-year reports. In fact, the CSUs dont even have an essay.

That said, the policies of the UC mean that your acceptance could be rescinded from the UCs. However, it’s not likely you will be accepted to any. Read this thread.
