<p>If you haven’t been accepted, there’s nothing to rescind. You might be rejected, though.</p>
<p>Do these schools require teacher and/or counselor evaluations? Those also may be problematic for you. You don’t sound like a student the teachers all love and want to help to succeed.</p>
<p>You may want to look for a safety school with open admissions, where a high school diploma gets you into the freshman class. Then you can start again and do better this time.</p>
