<p>I just wanted to say that if you want to get anywhere in college, really, you’re going to need to change your attitude. A lot of what that second to last paragraph is excuses for your performance by blaming your teachers. I don’t know, maybe some of that might be justified. But three out of six grades aren’t your fault? Your teachers don’t give you your grades-- you earn them based on work, and that logic doesn’t go away in college.</p>
<p>And yes, if you don’t have at least one or two for-sure safeties, or aren’t in at the local CC, you might not be happy with your options.</p>
