Will my admission be revoked to UC Davis?

Yeah UCI_Hopefull, I think they're unhappy because you have less than a 3.0 weighted.

lol, this is why i loaded up on AP classes, very nice weight.

But good luck!

I should get it above 3.0 weighted after this semester.

i don't know about UC's...

but San Diego State told me that if my gpa went below my overall gpa (3.75), then my admission can be revoked. O_o

Don't have to worry about that since i've been accepted to UCSD:)

Wow.. that's a significant decline.. I'm sorry if I missed it somewhere, UCI_Hopeful, but what's up with UCI?

It'll make them unhappy, so just put in a nice letter showing that you're aware of the drop and you're determined to improve and excel in college.

I got rejected by UCI :-(

which one?

I got a 65 third quarter for AP Psyche :(

My other grades for third quarter went 100-100-96-95-93-86

ouch

Sorry to hear, UCI_Hopeful.

no offense or anything..but maybe you shouldnt be going to uc davis if your senior year grades are like that. it kinda bugs me that people are getting rejected from irvine and getting into davis. i used to want to go to davis but now im not so sure. just a thought.

2vulgar4cc...i really don't know what your problem is but i don't think that comment was necessary. If you've ever heard of it, there is something called senioritis and it does have an affect on studies. Plus UCI is just as qualified a school as Davis is so I don't understand whats "bugging" you so much. Now its comments like that, that bug people...

senioritis isnt a disease, momoney. its not like the plague. u can very easily choose not to be affected by it.

as long as u maintain a 3.0 weighted i think you're fine

Try not to focus on the fact that you were lazy. You might want to emphasize tougher classes and gettinig a job (or other extracurriculars that may apply).

Remember, college is only going to be harder!

thats not the point vulgar...the point is that your suggesting someone shouldnt go to a school that they received admissions to because they arent qualified enuff...I still find your comment completely uncalled for.

it was only a suggestion. i guess i was saying that if getting bs and as is hard senior year, imagine how hard it will be at a fine institution as davis.

it all boils down to how much effort you want to put in.. i know few people that are unaffected by senioritis... especially in this second semester

it also comes down to how lazy you're willing to allow yourself to be.. i seriously have no motivation to get straight A's this final semester. but i'm willing to work at least hard enough to not get anything lower than a B. but nonetheless i am still affected by the complacency of senioritis

im actually doing pretty well in my Psych in college so I think I can handle college level course work. I do regret being lazy my senior year.

That is uncalled for vulgar. Senioritis is very real, almost every senior has it, and it can be tough when you've got a lot of AP classes like UCI_hopefull.

well i didnt have too many Ap clases only 2 and 1 community college class, but its sooooo hard, and I totally regret senioritis.
