I got accepted into a Cal State school, and they require that you get at least a C in all classes during your senior year. However, I got a C- in chemistry this semester. Do you think they will rescind my admission? What should I do? Also, if it helps my case, I got accepted with distinction.

I'm pretty sure a C- qualifies as a C...anybody else second that?

I would think so...my school doesn't give minuses. So you would probably have a C at a lot of schools. I think they will recognize that. I am not positive though, I just think that that would be the case considering a lot of grading systems don't give out minuses.

you should call the admissions office this week instead of waiting and hoping things will come out ok. They're going to get your final transcript so it isn't like maybe if you don't tell them they won't find out. If it turns out it DOES matter you might have time this summer to fix things with a class at a CC, for example. If you wait the whole summer and then get a letter from the school, it will be too late to do something.

I love how every here still uses rescinded... Everyone knows the word because it pops up so much...

^^I dont get it. What other word would u use?
