Will my application be read??

I'm very tensed. I have applied to pretty many top universities - ivies, stanford, duke...
So, the thing is:

I have a 2020 SAT. Taking the subjects on 25th.
And my 11th grades aren't very strong but me school ranking is very strong!!
The thing is I'm an international applicant and our 11th papers are corrected very strictly, yet, I managed the top 10 percentile in my class of 1200 (top 10 school in my country).

So, is it possible that considering my scores, my application isn't even read??
Will my application be rejected only after a glance by the admission sub/regional committee!?!?!
I'm really worried about this! :/

PS - My essays, recs, ECs are very strong!!

You’re asking us to give you “chances”. No one outside the actual admissions offices can tell you anything intelligible – and they aren’t talking.

I’m not asking you to chance me!
I’m asking if such applications are read, in a general sense! Or are they outright rejects?

Meaning, does a bad AI rating( if it actually is used) kills your application even before any essay is read.

As long as your SATII results are accepted for that date they will be read. All the colleges you mention read all the applications that are sent in a timely manner. Your grades are looked at in the context of your school, not just as a number with no reference point. Ranking is very important for some colleges. I suppose if an applicant has scores and grades outside the range of any ever accepted it would be a very quick read, but all others should be given full consideration.

Guys, I’m asking this on a very general basis not my personal case.
Do the people who have low SATs(<2000) low GPA even get considered??
Or are they directly thrown in the reject pile - afterall they have so many applications to consider?!

@OrangeBobby

They’ll read the whole application. But unless that application reveals something amazing, then a HYPS can safely proceed to set it aside, because there are another ten people in the stack who have the same ECs, higher GPAs, and SATs in the 2250-2400 range.

If it comes to the ECs they are rather strong (and different?).
Well anyway, all I wanted to confirm was that my application won’t be set aside with only a glance of my SATs even without looking at the rest of my application.

Even at highly selective schools, there is no cut-off for grades and scores below which apps are tossed aside without a glance at the rest of the material. They will definitely look at your ECs, essays and recs.
