Will my application be rescinded?

I am an international student, going to a school outside the US.

After doing one last check between my transcript and my UC application, I found a small discrepancy between the two.

Back in November, I filled out my UC self-reported coursework by referring to my home-country’s official report card, which shows that I have obtained an ‘A’ in Art and Music courses.

However, I just realized that when our school translates our home-country’s transcript to an English version for US Schools, our school translates a grade of ‘A’ in Art&Music to a grade of ‘Excellent’ because they have different requirements for an ‘A’ compared to other courses.

All of the Art and Music courses from 10th grade to 12th grade that I have marked as an ‘A’ is shown as a grade of ‘Excellent’ in the transcript that was sent to the university, and I am really worried that this discrepancy will cost my admission.

Would this be of a big deal? I’m planning to call the admissions office soon.

Btw, I’ve done some calculations and removing these courses have literally no effect on my UC GPA.

Not likely to change your admission, but report it anyway.
