Will my ECs cover my weak grades?

I’m a junior in high school right now but will be begin applying to colleges fall/winter of this year. I’m worried my grades might bar me from acceptance at top schools, though my ECs are pretty strong. Here’s a rundown of my profile:

GPA: 3.8
Weighted GPA: 4.6 (taken 15 APs after this year)
Most recent SAT score: 1470 (was meant to take the cancelled SAT in spring, averaged 1560 on official practice exams)

ECs:

  • Founder of nonprofit that uses blockchain to help mitigate fish extinction (won a few national environmental awards for this so far, gave me $3,500 in scholarship total and awaiting results for some other ones; also was able to partner with the WWF to expand to Australia and work with some professors from around my city - have been able to save 3 species of fish so far)
  • Captain of my varsity track team (sprinting times have given me some attention from college coaches - hoping I can improve times to get more letters but nothing big just a few D3's)
  • Co-founded the Investing & Entrepreneurship club at my school, which then became the most popular club in our school within 2 weeks by membership
  • Co-founded an initiative to prevent the spread of coronavirus using machine learning and blockchain - now being featured in an upcoming Forbes documentary and endorsed by Congressman David Schweikert
  • Run a personal blog that has garnered over 1,000 email newsletter subscribers - write about the applications of tech and business in community work
  • Now conducting research with a finance/business professor this summer that will allow me to contribute to his research paper and learn higher level business concepts to apply to my own work

If it’s significant, I’m aiming to apply to undergrad b schools like Wharton, Sloan, Stern, etc. But if rejected, I’ll look to apply as a CS or Econ major at schools with no business undergrad program.

Is this nonprofit you founded the same nonprofit mentioned in your last thread, where you raised $30,000 and spread educational opportunities to underprivileged kids in Africa?

Also if your one of the top 5 fastest sprinters in your state that will probably get you to a D1 school or a good D3 school. What state are you from?

Also, you previously mentioned that you had over 10,000 email subscriptions to your tech blog, but now you say you have 1,000, which is an extremely big difference, so which is the right one? If it is actually 10,000 subscriptions then I’m sure AOs would be impressed.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m very skeptical a nonprofit started by a high school student actually raised $30,000, because that’s a very large amount of money which is extremely rare in young businesses. If you did, then your chances at top business schools are very good imo.

You’ll definitely have chances to retake your SAT in say August or September, which should be good enough to get the score you want if you study hard over the summer. Also, your GPA is fine. You’re not gonna get rejected because of your 3.8 GPA. It’s incredible how you took 15 APs before senior year, so if that’s true then that demonstrates a very rigorous courseload. Does that mean you took 5 APs each year from freshman to sophomore year?

But if you are actually going to be featured on Forbes, then that might be a big boost in terms of recognition of your work.
