I was born in Cameroon.

Applying to: Harvard, Princeton, and Yale.

If i don't get into one of these school's, I'm going to try to start a business.

Your standardized testing scores are very impressive! However, I have heard that colleges over the years have de-emphasized on the standardized test scores component (it still might factor in but not as much as in the past.) Your GPA will most likely hurt you the most and the number of ECs that you have may be slightly underwhelming. From my observations at school, nowadays a lot of students get very high scores on standardized tests AND participate in a LOT of EC’s, clubs, competitions, as well as specialize in a certain musical/artistic talent. However, sometimes they still dont make it in the top-tier colleges. Remember that in the real world, a lot of what you learn from school (the academic material) is most important in being successful in the future, not what you got on the SATs/ACTs. However, I have to say that I’m very jealous of your scores and very impressed at the same time!
I hope your business will be successful! But also good luck with your college applications :)

They’ll most likely label you as a lazy genius, which does hurt.

In short, unfortunately yes. Also, IQ score doesn’t count. But even if it did, I don’t know if they’d consider you a “lazy genius,” because although 125 is obviously a really respectable IQ, it’s not “genius.”

But I digress. Basically, you have really impressive test scores, but the GPA could very, very likely hurt you. But good luck!

I would put money on you not getting into any of these schools =[

Despite awesome test scores, test scores dont indicate ability to handle courseload, and unfortunately thats what these colleges need to see.

It depends on the rigor of academic curriculum. If you are taking the hardest classes in the things you like, I don’t necessarily think it will hurt you as much as other posters attest to.

I’m very surprised/shocked at how you could have taken so many SAT Subject Tests. Please note that you only need to report 2 for the schools you are applying to.

Yes, I do agree that a big part will be A) The classes you took and B)system of grading at your school. I you got a bunch of A’s and then some Bs or B-s that your school counts as a low score for GPA, then that is different than having such a low GPA from Cs, etc…

colleges stress on transcript so I’d say with 10 APs you’re ridiculously competitive. :)
