Will my high school GPA badly hurt my chances of transferring?

I currently attend the Florida State University but I have always wanted to go to Brown University so I am thinking of applying as a transfer student. I am Hispanic, have an SAT of 2040 (1350 on just Reading and Math), play a sport, and am involved in a couple of extra-curricular activities. My college GPA is currently 4.0, I am in the Honors Program, and I am an English/Biology double-major pre-med student. I have received a diploma from the International Baccalaureate program, and came in with a year’s worth of courses done.

However, I was somewhat of a bad student in high school and my unweighted GPA ended up being under a 3.0, with my weighted being a 4.6. I do not know how much high school GPA counts for transfer applicants, but I know it will impact me negatively. What I would like to know is if it will have such an impact that I might as well not bother applying.
