Will my PSAT score be enough to get national merit commended?

<p>I got a 199 on the PSAT, but it's in the 96th percentile. Does anyone know what the cutoff is?</p>

<p>IDR when they started telling people, BUT last year the cutoff was a 201 to get commended.</p>
