I sent my request to College Board to electronically transmit my SAT scores to UT Austin on November 23rd, and my order status still says pending. Can anyone tell me whether they should/should not reach UT on time? :( I'm kind of anxious so any reassurances/realizations would be appreciated

look bro. UT takes December test scores. So don’t worry. You should be ok.I sent my November test score (1920), but I am also taking the December SAT in hopes of scoring higher.

Do you think a 2100 is enough for UT if you are exactly top 25% at a competitive high school?

Yes, judging by your stats, it should be enough to get you in.

I’m worried that my SAT will not get there on time though, I scored a 2160 (2nd attempt) back in january and I really don’t know if I can score higher on the December SAT (although I am still taking it). Even when sending December SATs, they only accept the December SAT after the deadline, meaning if there are other SATs on your report from December, they will disregard them and only look at the December one.
