I took the SAT at the end of my sophomore year after doing a Princeton review class just to see what my scores were without really studying and just from the class. I got a 1660(510 reading, 550 Writing and 600 math) and after a summer of practice tests every week, studying vocab everyday and having a tutor I am hoping to bring my score to a 2100+(700+math, 750+ writing, 650+ reading).I took the December test. If I do get 2100+, will I get flagged and will my scores get deleted??? I'm freaking out.

Scores are never deleted.

There’s a chance they’ll be flagged and investigated, but since they’ll find no proof of cheating, they’ll very likely release them. I expect the worst that will happen is you may have to wait a few extra weeks to get your scores.

It’s very possible. One of my tutor’s students had his score flagged, and the College Board actually cancelled his scores due to alleged cheating. Hope this isn’t the case for you.

I doubt it. Logically, the College Board wouldn’t because they know that a lot of people prepare over the summer and stuff. Also, many colleges disregard scores from a long time ago (i.e., prior to junior year), so I think you’ll be fine. :)

A 440 point increase alone is not enough to delay/ flag your SAT scores. Without other suggestive factors, your scores should go through fine.

Hello, I’m looking for some above on my sat. My scores increase from 1080 to 1170 and then finally to 1350. Should I worry about flagging? I’ve heard a lot about how sat flags increased of 300 but I just want to be cautious. Thanks.
