I am using barons practice book and i am doing horrible.
i keep getting low 600's and i need at least a 750. whenever i cheek the answers i make simple mistakes.
on my first practice test i got 26 right 10 wrong and 14 omitted on barons test.
will my scores be any higher on the actual test

btw i take it june 5th

sorry i forgot to put the most important part up… Math II

Barrons is SIGNIFICANTLY harder than the real deal. I wouldn’t worry too much about your score. You’ll probably find the actual subject test ridiculously easier than the Barron’s book, hopefully enough so that you get your 750+ you desire.

I used a Barrons book for APUSH and got like 500’s on all the tests. Then I took the real SAT and got a 740. So you’ll be fine.

thanks that gave me a lot of relief. hopefully i will be able to get a 750+ and Barron’s tests are pretty difficult

You’ll want to get high-600s or low-700s in Barron’s if you want 750+, though. Not to discourage you, but Barron’s isn’t that much harder than the real thing.

Try an official test to see how much better you can do. You can also try some Sparknote’s tests, as they are very similar to the real exam.
