Hello, I just sent in my ACT and SAT scores today, Will they get in in time for the application deadline which is on Wednesday (ivy leagues and other top 10s)? If not, will they still review my application? Sort of freaking out.

Please anyone?

It will be fine. If it’s sent electronically it will only take a few days (in my experience I believe it took 3 or 4 days?). Even if the scores arrive on, say, Thursday, you will still be fine. They won’t penalize you or not count them or anything.

@mineO3O Thanks so much. I waited sort of until the last minute because I didn’t know where I wanted to definitely apply and didn’t want to waste money.

I’ve been there… I also sent my scores about a week before the deadline and got a confirmation email from the college like 3 days later. I thought it would take way longer.

@mineO3O Ah okay, I assume this is the same for transcripts too?

That depends on how fast your high school process them. High schools generally tell you if you need to request transcripts 10 days/2 weeks/etc earlier (assuming yours work the same way mine does).

@mineO3O We use this website called Parchment which sends them electronically, so we can request them whenever

Oh OK. Then you’d probably have to check with the website or your school?
