Will my second ACT score hurt my chances?

<p>i scored lower on my second ACT test than my first. I made the dumb decision of choosing UF as a recipient of those scores, without thinking I'd score lower. Will these scores hurt my chances?</p>

<p>1st ACT attempt:
Composite- 27
Reading- 33
English 30
Math- 20</p>

<p>2nd ACT attempt:
Composite- 26
Reading- 30
English- 29
Math- 18</p>

<p>No, it doesn’t hurt your chances; UF will look at your best scores. Luckily your math score is at least 19 on the first test, so you are qualified for admission.</p>
