Will not taking AP Calc hurt my chances at selective schools?

My math progression is as follows:
Freshman: Alg 1 Accel (no honors math classes at my school)
Soph: Geometry Accel
Junior: Adv. Algebra w/ Trig Accel
Senior: Pre-calculus Accel.

I am hoping to apply to a multitude of schools; think a mix of HYPS, good state schools like Michigan, some private non-Ivys like Notre Dame. I have a GPA of 3.85 UW and will have taken 8 APs by the end of senior year. I am also projected to get a 34 on my ACT (practice ACT).
Without going through my entire resume, with those stats, will not taking AP Calc AB hurt me? Due to the projection of my math classes I am unable to take AP Calc unless I wanted to take pre-calc over the summer (which I can’t even do anyway because of my summer schedule). I don’t want to have my application automatically sent to the rejection pile because I’m not as advanced in math. Ironically, I’m a member of Mu Alpha Theta which is the math honors society lol.
Any help would be appreciated.

Make sure you have at least one safety school (in other words, a school you can definitely get into and afford). Top state schools like Michigan are not safeties, especially if you’re out of state.

I’m guessing that most of these schools will reject you because the other applicants are better, not because there’s anything specifically wrong with your application. In other words, I don’t think your chances would be substantially better if you had taken calculus (unless you’re applying to engineering schools, maybe).

Yes, I have a few safeties picked out that I didn’t mention (Michigan State, Alabama, South Carolina). Thank you for your input.
