will not taking physics affect me badly

the other day Ipicked classes for junior year. i told my counselor that i might be interested in medicine and i asked about ap bio. she said that it would be easier to take ap chem before ap bio. Anyway i will get to the point, i was expecting to take physics in addition to whichever ap science class i took. but she didnt put me in anytype of physics because she said that ap chem would satisfy my science requirement.

I am nervous because if i was going to do pre med in college i would have to take at least a semester of physics and i think it would really hurt me not to have any background at all

Also, i thought it would look bad if i didnt take physics

It won’t look bad, as long as your science requirement is fulfilled (unless the college you’re going to has a “recommended” amount of science courses that you don’t meet), and AP Chem and AP Bio will help you in premed way more than physics.

If you’re worried about background, you could try self-studying it over the summer or something. You could probably familiarize yourself with the concepts well enough to succeed in an introductory level course.

should i maybe take a summer class at a cc at some point
