Will November SAT scores be ready in time for Early Decision?

I'm in the process of applying to colleges and I've only taken the SAT once, and I've never taken a single SAT II. I'm looking into colleges like Cornell and Johns Hopkins. Cornell requires two SAT II's and so far, I've registered for the SAT I for October.

My SAT score is:

M: 740
CR: 700
W: 740
T: 2180

If I take the SAT II's on November 5, will Cornell still accept the scores, even if I apply ED? Or should I just apply RD?

Thanks.

Cornell highly recommends that all testing be completed by October for ED but will accept Nov SAT IIs for ED if they arrive on time which will happen if you designate it as a free send in your application for the test (if you do that scores are actually sent to the college two days before they are even released to you on-line).

hello thenameisbond
could you plese tell me how to score higher in my cr u can mail me at mahesh.sarki***********

Side question: I am applying to two colleges with nov. 1 deadlines. I signed up for ACT on OCT 22 and designated that the scores be sent to those colleges, will they accept those and know my scores before I do?
