Last quarter I took five classes and received all As (with one A-). In one class I received a B-.
I was accepted ED into Connecticut College and now I’m worried that my acceptance will be rescinded. I’m a worrier. Do you think I’ll be rescinded?

No. That’s not even a C.
So I don’t have to worry?
Not at all. Having less than a 4.0 GPA isn’t the end of the world. Most college applicants don’t have a 4.0.
You have As in your other classes, as well, so I wouldn’t lose sleep over one B-. You’re fine.
Who is feeding these students the idea that they have to get all A’s? Or even all A’s and B’s, in order to get into good schools?
NO! Stop worrying about perfection and enjoy your success!
Nope. No worries.
Remember those teen Disney shows where there’s the lovable but misguided brainy kid who freaks out because he/she is getting a 96% on an exam but is expecting 100% – and annoys the heck out of everyone? It’s cute because by the end of the 30 minute show, the kid realizes how much he/she is over-reacting and everybody is friends again.
This is now you.
