Will one -B ruin my chances at Isenberg?

My junior year, I got a -B in Honors Pre-Calc so I don’t want this to kill my chances. I still have a 3.7 UW (4.2 W) gpa but I just want to make sure. Also, I am going for a degree in finance.
Some other stats just in case: -27 ACT (I recently took it again, I think I did better)
-1200 SAT (Taking again in Oct.)
-Top 4% of the class
-12 AP’s total (including AP Calc which I am taking this year)

My daughter is presently a sophomore in ISOM double majoring in Finance and Economics. She is also in the Honors College. She got 1 C+ in high school. Think it was in Honors Algebra II

Don’t think 1 grade will ruin your chances.

@ConfusedMominMA Does she want to go into IB?

I got 2 D’s as a final grade sophomore year and I got into Isenberg this year (66 in Honors Adv. Algebra and 69 in AP Stats). However, grades aren’t everything. I knew a couple of people who had near 4.0 W GPAs who didn’t get in UMass Amherst at all. I honestly think it was my extracurriculars (and the fact that that I loaded my schedule with APs) that pushed me over the edge to get in.

@Lupa123 She is not sure yet what she wants to do. Is hoping that her summer internships will help her make up her mind. She is thinking either corporate finance, or maybe work at a company such as Fidelity or possibility try to go into government and work on Econ policy.
