<p>They all ask for a midterm report.</p>
<p>and penn, for example, asks :</p>
<p>When will be the final record of university marks or exams for the current academic term be available to the U of Penn? ____</p>
<p>Let's say mine comes out early May. They don't finish the selection process until MID may. </p>
<p>So, the question is: how will they see my "final record"? Penn doesn't ask me to SEND IN any official record, nor does it ask me for permission for my college to reveal my stats.</p>
<p>Will they see my final record? and if so, how?</p>
