Will Poor SAT Subject Test Scores Ruin my Chances?

I am applying for a few Ivy Leagues as my reach schools. I have a 4.0 GPA, 2200 SAT score, and great EC's.

I took three SAT Subject tests last March and got the following scores:
740 US History
660 Math I
620 Spanish

Definitely less than stellar, I know.

I am taking the Biology E, Math II, and Literature tests on December 7th. I feel confident about biology and literature but given my poor performance on the math I'm scared about the math II.

So should I report all of my subject test scores? Should I only send my US History for now and wait to see if I get 700+ scores on any of the tests I am about to take? Will my poor performance on the Math I be my demise?

I'll appreciate any insight, thanks a lot.
