will school deny me if i have too many credits?

<p>I know most school only accept 60 transferring credits. so for example, If i have 68 credits by the fall 2012.( upper junior status, But I will just finish my 3rd semester, I have many AP credits).</p>

<p>Am I allowed to transfer? or the college will just cut some of my classes( Im ok with this situation)</p>

<p>Am I consider junior transfer or senior transfer?</p>

<p>BTW, I want to transfer to NYU</p>

<p>Have you read the NYU website for transfer applicants? Have you called NYU if the information wasn’t given on the website?</p>

<p>so if i take 12 credits next semester, for most college, will they deny me because im not a hard working student like others who take 15 credits a semester?</p>
