Will sending scores early affect my chances?

I am SO confused as to when to send scores and where to send them.
Here are the schools I am applying to:

Stanford: REA
UC Berkeley
UCLA
UCSD
Harvard
Carnegie Mellon
Cornell
MIT
UChicago or Caltech (which one should I apply to for Comp Sci?)
UIUC
USC
Santa Clara
NYU

My score available scores are:
Jan 2013: 2250 (690 CR/770M/790W, 11 essay)
June 2013: 790 M2C/750 Bio

Score I am expecting:
October 2013: USH

I know I have to send scores ASAP, and Stanford is due Nov. 1 so I plan to send them tonight or tomorrow.

1) Should I send my scores to ALL the colleges I am applying to? Could it be too early (Jan 1-15 deadlines)?
2) Do I have time to look at my USH score and then send them?
3) When should I send my USH scores?

Thanks.

SAT II scores affect your application very marginally. Unless you’re applying as a history major it probably won’t even matter at all.

You can send them now, it is not too early. They don’t lose them. :)
