Will taking CLS prerequisites online ruin my chances of getting into a Clinical Lab Science program?

I’m a sophomore biology student at UNLV. My goal is to get into a clinical lab science program. My school doesn’t offer two of the classes I need to apply, hematology and medical microbiology. I knew this before attending, but I’m originally from California, so my plan was to have fun in Vegas for a few years, then come back to Cali and take my upper division classes at a CSU. I got accepted to 4 CSUs for the Fall semester, so this is an option. However… I really like my life here in Vegas and don’t want to leave anymore lol. I was considering taking the two classes online via UC Berkeley extended learning, but obviously something with a lab component would be ideal. Can anyone speak on getting accepted into a CLS program with online prerequisites? Will it really hinder my chances? I was mostly looking into either CSULA or SFSU’s program.

Thank you!
