Will taking Honors Chemistry senior year look bad on college apps?

I am a junior, and I chose Honors Physics over Honors Chemistry to take this year, because the curriculum for the Honors Physics class in my school is closely in line with that of the SAT Physics. One can easily self study the rest of SAT physics after finishing Honors in February (we go on block scheduling/semester long courses), but can't do the same after completing Honors Chem or Bio with the Chem and Bio SAT tests. I felt like I really needed an SAT science because I want to major in electrical or mechanical engineering, and I couldn't take AP bio, AP Chem, or AP Physics C because I didn't have the prereqs for any of those three classes by the end of sophomore year. However, I've been told by my Physics teacher (also a Chemistry teacher) told me that some colleges might reject or defer your application if they don't see a grade for Chemistry by the time you apply. Just how much will putting off Chemistry until Senior Year hurt me, or do colleges don't care what order I take bio, chem and physics? And should I take an online class for Chemistry over the summer, even though it'll probably count as regular, not honors?

No, I really don’t think they’ll care. I’m hardly an expert, but as long as you do well I don’t think they’ll care about the order.

Thanks! Any more suggestions?

It really doesn’t matter.
