<p>I would still send them. Shows you care enough and aren’t lazy. If your score is way below the average, then don’t send it. It’s better they be left in the dark about how bad you really did (if that happens).</p>
<p>^ dignified is right on both counts–the wording on the UVA site is “strongly urged,” which is more compelling than “highly recommended” so you need to submit if at all possible, and perhaps you should consider taking a different subject? You can go early to the test facility and make the change, the only thing you can’t “standby” test for is FL listening because of the equipment involved. </p>
