My financial Aid was suspended due to me not meeting the SAP Completion rate of 75%.
I don't want to make you read my letter its kind of long so i summarized my situation below
my detailed question is below the summary as well as a link to my letter.

Fall 2012 term:
-My dad lost his job
-My mom has a low paying job and a lot of heath conditions (has suffered a heart attack before) and now with out help from my father she is under A LOT of stress, Paying bills and loans, supporting me and my brother through college, had no car, working, living alone (mother and father separated) could cause here to have another heart attack
-My first time away from home so i was worried about her and how my family would get by. caused me to become very depressed
- started doubting my self didn't feel cut out for college. had no friends no one to lean on to help me through. became more depressed didn't care about classes
-joined sorority. met people who would help me through it all.
-ended fall semester with 0.9. put on grace/warning for financial aid

Spring 2013 term:
-Found my motivation, found people to lean on, realized the inportance of my education, got my self together
-became executive board member of multicultural Greek council and executive member of my sorority and was nominated for two pantheon awards
-father got a good job
- ended semester with 3.6 semester GPA and 2.64 cumulative GPA
-but only achieved 61% completion rate
-cannot continue education to complete my 75% without financial aid
-proven Iam more then capable with my performance the spring term
-to ensure i succeed i will get a tutor and mentor, enroll in study skills course, drop exec positions to focus on school work

if i took some summer classes (i can only afford to take 2) it would bring my completion rate to a 68% making it more certain the if given the chance to return i will achieve a completion rate of 75%. so what I'm asking is will taking these classes help the chances of my appeal being approved? I know it wouldn't hurt but will it help at all? i don't want to waste the little money i have. and from what you've read do i have a solid case? you can read my letter if you would like here its the 6th post. http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/financial-aid-scholarships/1508696-sap-finacial-aid-suspension-appeal-do-i-have-case.html
