Im taking AP Physics, AP environmental science, AP calculus AB, and AP chemistry all in the same semester while studying for AP exams. Will this be too overwhelming for someone trying to get 4's and 5's on 5 AP exams?

It depends on your teachers and workload. The good thing about Chemistry, Physics, Calculus is that depending on your teacher, you might not have to do any reading and the homework might be light (I don’t know how it is at your school)
I think you’ll have the time to study on top of doing practice problems for homework.

I honestly don’t think that they will be that hard to do.

This year, I had AP Chemistry, Calculus, Biology, and Government/Macroeconomics all together. It was hard to manage at first, but there isn’t a lot of reading and work to do (depending on your teacher) for most of the classes.

I definitely think that you will be able to get 4’s and 5’s as long as other things in life don’t completely distract you from doing well in your classes. However, since you are planning on taking so many, I assume you are smart. So I can glean that you will be just fine!
