will these sat I/satI I/AP scores limit my chances at any school?

ok so here are my scores:

SAT I
Overall: 2280
W: 760 - 12
CR: 800
M: 720

SAT IIs
Math II: 770
Chem: 770
USH: 710

APs
Spanish Lang: 4 (soph year, rest are junior year)
Calc AB: 5
Eng Lit: 5
Chem: 5
USH: 4

I was wondering whether you guys thought these test scores would limit me from getting into top schools. the sat IIs are good, but 710 in USH isn't great. I know I could do better on the sat math because I got 5 wrong and got a 720, but I'm sure my other scores will go down. I'm considering retaking the eng lit sat II because I got a 680, but I felt like I could have done better if I studied more. thoughts?

Stop stressing. Your scores are fine. If the rest of your app is strong you should be in the running pretty much anywhere.

I was just a little worried that the 710 on USH and the 720 on sat I math were a little low for ivy and stanford caliber schools.

Problematic only at Harvard and Yale. You're fine elsewehere if u have the grades, etc. (Since u took USH SAT and English AP, I'm assuming you're not interested in MIT.)

actually I am interested in MIT for the great sceintific research possibilities there, but I think a 720 in SAT math will hold me back there. MIT is really the only reason I'm considering retaking the SAT, but I'm hoping the 5 on AB calc and the 770 in SAT II math show that I'm better than that 720 on the SAT.

Ummm this is rather off topic but will colleges look at the SATI Math section and the SAT II MathIC (not IIC) as pretty much the same thing?

I thought that a better math sat II made up for an ok sat I math score.

yeah, that is what im hoping...is it true? will colleges look at sati and satii math as the same thing?

Just take the AP Calculus and get a 5.

so AP calc 5 + sat II math 750+ will mitigate a math sat score in the low 700s?

AP calc you definitely need BC and try to get that satIIc into at least a 790 if not 800

everything else like the 710 USH is probably fine

You're not going to be able to take the BC Calculus test until the end of your senior year, right? Therefore, it is irrelevant in terms of admissions.

You pretty much need at least a 790 on SAT II for MIT.

Also, although the SAT I math is low, it isn't incredibly bad. I have no idea whether you should retake the SATI...

Your APs are good.
