I did really bad academic wise in 10th grade. I had a 2.0 gpa and was 513 out of 547 in my class rank.(My grades were mostly C's, and D's here and there)

Last year, in 11th grade, my gpa was a 2.6, but my cumulative gpa is a 2.3, and my class rank is 499 out of 549. I also got a 750 on my SAT's, NOT including the writing section. (My grades were mostly B's, and C's here and there)

This year, instead of going to school for my senior year, I will be going to my local community college for the fall semester, and take 4 classes. I know that my high school transcript isn't that impressive, but if I do really good in these 4 college classes(believe me, I'm motivated), and possibly make the deans list, will the colleges I'm applying to still have a reason to not accept me, because of my high school transcript?
I don't plan on going to community college. Also, to clear things up, the reason why I did so bad in high school was because I was depressed. High school just wasn't for me. But, that doesn't mean that I didn't work my ass off in 11th grade. I did, it just didn't pay off like I thought it would.
Colleges I'm applying to(in order by choice)
1. Pennsylvania College of Technology
2. Albright College
3. Kutztown University
4. Penn State Berks
