<p>I sent in a photography portfolio on time for the regular decision deadline, and just realized that I forgot to include the arts supplement form with my portfolio. will they not process it because I did not include that? Because I included a resume, they know my email, address, etc. I emailed to ask if it would affect my portfolio but they did not answer!!!!</p>

<p>Since no one has replied to your question, I shall offer my help. If they haven’t replied to your emails, then call the admissions office and ask there. I think that they will still look at your portfolio; a reason why they may not have replied to your email is that they are probably flooded with applications right now. Who knows? Call and ask! I would advise you to also send the arts supplement by mail, with a note that it is with your portfolio.</p>
