will this courseload sting?

Hi, I'm going to apply to JHU this fall and wanna no if not meeting its recommended courseload of 4 years (of all subjects) will hurt my chances.
My courseload as of now is: 3 yrs english, 1 yr science, 2 yrs foreign lang, 3 yrs math, and 3 yrs history.
By end of senior year, I'll meet all recommended years except foreign lang b/c I didn't take one freshman year. Will this affect my application in any way?

also, does it count as 2 yrs of science if I take 2 sciences in senior year?

Yes as long as you take 2 year long science course

Depends, what level did you get up to? Did you stay with the same language all year? If you got to 3 or 4 and you stayed with the same foreign language all year, you should be fine. Of course you will be competing against other students who have done 4/5 years so that will set you back a bit (but you can’t change that). Remember those are the recommended not required, you should be okay as long as the other part of your application is good.

im gonna take level 3 senior year and it was same language throughout hi school

thx for reply btw
