Will this destroy my chances?

<p>Hi. I'm an international student from Pakistan.
I'll be applying EA this fall.
My EC's, LOR's and Recs are very good. The one thing that's been bugging me is my 12th grade final grades. They went horribly. All B-'s and C's! Everything else from 9 through 12th grade is all A+'s... This happened due to severe health issues i've been facing for the past 2 years and my GC is supposed to mention this in her rec. Do you think this one thing will destroy my chances for columbia?</p>
