will this "explain" low SAT 2 scores?

Though I have a 4.78 GPA (3.99 unweighted) with the hardest classes I could take(8 APs in total counting this year) and a high SAT (2330), I am not a very good test taker, in large part due to executive functioning issues (I finally got extended time just a few months ago, and yes my SAT was taken without extended time).

But my SAT 2s are very low because of the executive functioning problems, among other learning disabilities. Apart from 770 in Lit, I have 680 Bio, 630 Chem, 680 US History, 720 Math 2, and 660 Spanish (which I am highly proficient and nearly fluent in). I hadn't planned to address any of my issues in my application, but since I am applying to Ivies and other top schools, my guidance counselor offered to write one line about my executive functioning stuff (I told her not to mention any of the other things), not even in regards to any tests or anything, but just to say I've managed to overcome it to get good grades.

1) Do you think colleges will connect it to my low subject test scores (especially considering my other good stats?)

2) Do you think they will be at all forgiving of my low scores because of this?

3) Do you think it could actually make them want to not accept me?

Please help! I'm submitting my common app tonight and my guidance counselor letter is going out within the next few days!

those scores aren’t particularly low; 720 and 770 will be what most schools will consider. you can explain your situation on the application. you should be fine.
